Cookie Policy
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file a website places on your device so it can recognise you between page loads. Cookies do many things: keep you signed in, remember your language, protect against cross-site request forgery, and — on some sites — power analytics or advertising.
2. Which cookies we use today
We currently set only essential cookies — the minimum needed to keep the platform working. Specifically:
- Session cookie (HttpOnly, Secure) — signs you in and keeps you signed in until you log out or the session expires.
- CSRF cookie — protects state-changing requests (uploads, form submissions) from cross-site request forgery.
- Preference cookie — remembers UI choices such as theme (light / dark) and last-visited organisation.
3. Cookies we do NOT currently use
- Analytics cookies — we do not run any analytics tracker on the marketing site today. The Preferences dialog reserves a toggle for this so we can honour a No-Analytics choice the moment we introduce one.
- Marketing / advertising cookies — we do not serve, host, or share any marketing or advertising cookies.
- Third-party trackers — no Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel, no LinkedIn Insight tag, no Hotjar, no third-party tag manager.
4. How to change your preferences
Click Cookie preferences in the footer of any public page to open the Preferences dialog. You can also clear your saved consent from your browser's cookie / site-data settings, which will re-prompt you on your next visit.
5. Changes to this policy
If we introduce new cookie categories (for example, analytics), we will bump the policy version and re-prompt you for consent on your next visit. Continued use of the platform after that prompt is treated as agreement with the updated policy.
