Refund Policy

There is nothing to refund on the free plan. You can downgrade to it at any time.

Monthly plans are non-refundable once the billing cycle starts. You can cancel at any time; the plan remains active until the end of the cycle you already paid for.

Annual plans carry a 7-day money-back guarantee from the day of first payment. After day 7, annual plans are non-refundable, but you can cancel to prevent auto-renewal.

Content credits already consumed in the current cycle are non-refundable. Unused credits do not carry over to the next cycle unless your plan explicitly states so.

When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not issue partial refunds for the unused portion.

For eligible refund requests, email support@equity-box.in from the email address on the account. We will process approved refunds within 7 business days via the original payment method.
