Privacy Policy

When you sign up we collect your email, full name, and — during onboarding — your professional details (profession, city, state, mobile, target audience). We also store any brand kit assets (logos, colors, disclaimers, regulatory identifiers) you configure and any content you generate on the platform.

We use your data to run the service you signed up for: to authenticate you, to render your public microsite, to auto-apply your brand across generated content, and to help you comply with SEBI/AMFI disclosure requirements. We do not sell your data.

Data is stored in encrypted PostgreSQL instances hosted in reputable cloud infrastructure. Uploads (logos, images) are stored with the same encryption-at-rest guarantees. We do not transfer your personal data outside jurisdictions that don’t offer comparable protection.

Only you and members of your organisation can see your content. Staff of Vedansh Infoway Pvt. Ltd. (operator of EquityBox Content Studio) access production data only when responding to a support ticket you opened, or when investigating a security or reliability incident, and always under formal access logs.

You can export your data or delete your account at any time. For anything else, email support and we will respond within 7 business days.
