EquityBox Content Studio, operated by Vedansh Infoway Pvt. Ltd., is a software-as-a-service platform for Indian financial professionals. Using the platform means you agree to these Terms.

You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. You may not share your account with people who are not authorised organisation members. Notify us immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.

You will not use the platform to generate or publish content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or in violation of SEBI/AMFI/IRDAI regulations. You will not use the platform to impersonate another advisor or firm.

You own the content you generate through the platform. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the service (for example: to serve your microsite).

Paid plans will be billed in Indian Rupees on the interval you selected. Billing details are covered in the Refund Policy. Payments launch soon.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, that are in prolonged non-payment, or that pose a security risk to the platform or other users.

The platform is provided ‘as is’. We do not guarantee that generated content is regulatorily correct — you are responsible for reviewing every asset before publishing.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Rajkot, Gujarat, India, being the primary registered address of Vedansh Infoway Pvt. Ltd.
